      The following is an excerpt from VSSI LLC’s employment agreement.

      “I understand that if any of the following conditions occur, all remaining unpaid hours that I have worked will be paid at minimum wage ($7.25 an hour):

      A.) Commit Job Abandonment
      B.) No Call / No Show
      C.) Fail to give 5 business days notice that you are quitting your current assignment with VSSI, LLC.
      D.) Fail to work all 5 final days after giving your 5 days notice of quitting your assignment with VSSI, LLC.
      E.) Walk off the job.
      F.) Unable or refuse to work overtime asked of or required by VSSI, LLC’s client.
      G.) Quit because you claim the job is too far.”
